Yoga Sessions

Yoga Happiness classes are about ‘mindful’ flowing movement to build flexibility and revitalise and refresh your system. 

The sessions include a range of flowing moves with some static posture work plus breath awareness and a short meditation at the start and end of practice. Modifications can be made for yoga beginners although this is not an exclusive beginner’s class.    

 

Meditation Sessions

Bliss Meditation is about cultivating an inner calm and enjoying a peaceful experience and finding your own 'peace' of Bliss!

These are small group sessions where you will relax and balance your system. We start with a few gentle postures  to  prepare you to sit still with comfort. We work with shorter and mid length meditation practices. We finish with a short relaxation session.


Individual Sessions

Indulgence Yoga Days are a perfect way to spend a lazy day. These days include a yoga session and a meditation session with lunch and refreshments in an Bijoux hotel environment. You will have time to use a pool and sauna to relax in and will have the opportunity to book spa beauty treatments too.


One to One Yoga focus on your own individual needs. 
These are slow gentle yoga practices where we can opt to work with a bolster as this practice helps the body to gently release into postures while maintaining a soft support. 

Yoga Safe

Students attending classes need an average range of fitness and to have filled in a Yoga Safe form on this web site prior to their first class. If you have any doubts about yoga practice and your health please check with your Doctor prior to practising.
